The Beatrice Senior Center, a center established to address the activities and services for the Senior Adult, is located at 101 N. 25 Street, Beatrice, Nebraska. The normal hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Beatrice Senior Center welcomes you and invites you to meet new friends and renew old friendships while enjoying the many services and opportunities that are offered for the "Young at Heart", those individuals sixty years of age or older. We provide meals, social and educational activities, handi-van service, computer lab, computer training, monthly newsletter, senior singers, volunteer program, arts and crafts, exercise sessions, craft consignment shop, and just a place "to have a cup of coffee and shoot the breeze." Beatrice Senior Center is a non profit corporation governed by a local volunteer board of directors. The BSC is designated as a 501 (c)3 organization with the IRS. The Senior Citizens Center, Inc., accepts gifts, bequests, and the donation of real estate or securities that may be sold or held in trust. Memorial gifts are welcome.
