The mission of the Hopkinton Council on Aging: To promote the well-being and improve the quality of life of older adults in the city of Hopkinton, and to perform activities and services that encourage independence and continued participation in the community. They strive to identify the needs of their seniors, educate all citizens, and get community support and participation to meet those needs. They   provide these services in partnership with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs and the BayPath Senior Service Agency.
