The Programme for the Elderly was established in 1974. The Mid-Delta Senior Program welcomes senior citizens aged 60 and above to Phillips County (Lakeview, Marvell, and Helena-West Helena), Monroe County (Brinkley and Clarendon), and surrounding areas. Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday,  10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The program provides a challenging, interesting, and positive environment for their older people to remain self-sufficient and independent. T heir   staff is eager to serve their seniors by listening to their concerns, encouraging positive thinking, and fostering self-esteem.
